The experience

Vincent started his career at Mars where he rose up through the ranks as part of their graduate programme, managing key strategic relationships with all the major supermarket retailers, before moving onto Mars' flapship Pedigree Petfoods sales force. 

He then went on to hold a number of directorships at a number of companies including AXA PPP Healthcare and Barclays Financial Planning where he was responsible for sales and marketing on a domestic and international level.  He delivered 30% and 50% business growth within his role at those companies respectively, before continuing his career as a consultant.

Vincent has worked in the sales and marketing industry for over 30 years and has now worked in over 40 different industries and markets.  He is uniquely placed to help clients draw on best practice to drive a step change in their business and people performance. 

Vincent has worked with individuals and companies to help them create an execution strategy that makes a step change in revenue performance.  He works to sharpen both the approach and proposition, by distilling the things that really matter to specific customers.  Sharing best practice from other companies and markets helps clients to challenge their own approach; resulting in stronger more tailored offers to customers. 

 

The personality

Vincent applies his energy and zet for life to everything he does in and out of the workplace.  A music lover and a leader of a rapidly growing Charity, he also manages to find time for 'family time' - something very important to him.
