The experience
Peter is an experienced change management and workstyle professional. He has worked across private and public sectors and not for profit organisations successfully delivering change. Before joining Corpra, Peter was a consultant with BT’s Workstyle Consultancy. He also worked for the Ministry of Defence on the European Projects for the RAF’s Tornado and Typhoon Aircraft, and at The Salvation Army’s International Headquarters.

 

The expertise
Peter is a multi-talented consultant and his skills include process and procedural development, people management, organisational design, change management, development of training and education programmes and business strategy. Peter is also a NVQ Assessor and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. He has a Diploma from Leeds Metropolitan University in World Class Sales Management. Peter is passionate about organisational and individual change and the potentially positive synergies between the two within the workplace and beyond to increase the fulfilment of the individual and the efficiency and effectiveness for organisations.

He has a focussed and professional approach to work. He is passionate about flexible working and how it can enable the fulfilment of the individual and increase effectiveness for organisations. His spare time is spent enjoying time with his family, singing and membership of the Salvation Army.
