After holding a number of management and leadership positions in property, venture capital and B2B services, Paul founded and developed the concept and business model of Corpra. He has built a world class team of consultants and advisors along with an eclectic customer base.

Paul’s key area of work is the development of clear implementable strategies for business leaders. Trained at Cranfield University Advanced Management Research Centre, he has pioneered the benefits of aligning strategy, infrastructure, and people in many world class organisations.
Paul is President of the Management Consultancies’ Association and Visiting Professor of Strategic Management at Oxford Brookes University.
The personality
A great competitor who enjoys team sports in particular, watching and playing but the ravages of the time limit him to golf and watching sport with his teenage children. His other more sedentary interests are contemporary art, philosophy and fishing.
