The experience
Neil has worked for over 16 years in management consultancy with the majority of his work in the area of flexible working. Before joining Corpra he led Gensler’s Consulting practice in Europe and spent a number of years at BT, initially developing and leading the highly acclaimed Workstyle 2000 Change Management Programme which resulted in 40,000 flexible workers, and later setting up and leading BT’s Workstyle Consultancy business, helping BT’s business clients to change the way they worked.

His specialism and expertise is strategic change management initiatives which involve organisational redesign or new ways of working. His strong background in change is supported by good knowledge of IT, change management, process re-engineering and workplace strategies.

Neil is a highly motivated and dedicated professional who brings energy and inspiration to his work and colleagues. Neil’s diverse interests and skills are reflected in his personal life pumping up the volume as the DJ for the local school disco and playing games with his young family.
