The Experience
Kim has been working as an HR consultant for over eight years. Before becoming a consultant, she was in permanent HR positions for 5 years. Kim specialises in working with small and medium sized organisations across a wide range of sectors. As a practising and experienced HR generalist, she can add value in all areas of the employment life cycle from recruitment and induction through to termination of employment.
