The experience
Claudine started her career within the housing sector, working as an internal consultant with responsibilities for the learning and development of all staff across the organisation. This involved working with directors and senior managers to assess the learning required across the company based on the corporate strategy. After 6 years, Claudine then decided to launch her own consultancy where she worked with a number of organisations on various learning and HR projects before joining Corpra.
The expertise
Claudine has significant experience delivering a range of blended learning solutions to diverse groups through the full learning cycle. She enjoys working closely with the business to design bespoke learning solutions that lead to positive business outcomes and mirror the organisational culture. Her key expertise and experience is in management development, coaching, innovative learning methods and action learning. She has a keen interest in organisational dynamic, culture and psychology and has a collaborative facilitative style to discussions. She also has a strong attention to detail and very proficient in stakeholder, vendor, project and learning content management.
The personality
Those who know Claudine describe her as someone who is extremely motivated, organised, humorous and personable. In her spare time, she enjoys running, yoga, knitting, cooking for friends and family, watching various US serial dramas and exploring restaurants and festivals with friends. She is a passionate traveller and would love to plan a round the world trip. Her last trip was travelling across China from Beijing to Hong Kong.
