STAFF DEVELOPMENT

The Corpra training and development policy combines technical/academic and personal development. The link between the key performance indicators (KPIs) and appraisal system is direct and compulsory. Development needs are identified in the individual balanced score cards and must be fulfilled.

Each member of the team has an initial induction on all core processes and models, as well as a responsibility to continually contribute to the development of those models.

Key areas include:

·         Customer relationship management

·         Collaboration and leadership skills

·         Communication skills

·         Corpra business models

·         General consulting business models

·         Process management

Annually, each employee is also required to take responsibility for a key knowledge development area and share it.

The training and development budget is between £1,000 and £5,000 per person per annum.
