The experience
Emilia has thirteen years of consulting experience working in strategy formulation, acquisition advisory and business process transformation for leading multinational organisations on a pan-European basis. Before joining Corpra, Emilia was a consultant to Ford Motor Company and focused on the role of teams and broader groups in achieving strategic and organisational alignment across Ford’s subsidiaries in Europe.
The expertise
Emilia’s approach to consulting is informed by her training in organisational psychoanalysis, which gives her valuable insight into group dynamics and defences resisting the desired change. She is keenly interested in helping clients understand the psychological impact of organisational change on people, and supporting the company and its employees in successfully managing the transformation process. She brings expertise in a number of areas including business acumen, change management, process consulting, organisational design, team development and executive coaching.
The personality
Emilia is passionate about discovery, learning and feedback to clients and colleagues in a compassionate way. She is a keen traveller wishing to learn about different cultures around the world and drawing on that experience in both personal and professional lives.
