Gordon has the benefit of over 20 years’ senior management experience within industry, higher education and the charity sectors. His experience includes being a sea-going chief engineer for P&O, estates director for a college of London University and head of facilities management for Oxfam.

His expertise is in formulating sustainability, facilities management and estate strategies. Gordon also has a long track record of capital, relocation and procurement project management. As well as his postgraduate qualifications in facilities management from the College of Estates Management and BSc from Open University, he has a sound engineering background, founded on his sea-going experiences with P&O.
