The experience
Dave has many years experience helping organisations change the way they work and adopt new workstyles and work-settings. As a leading member of BT’s successful Workstyle Consultancy Group Dave honed his change management and project management skills on a wide range of assignments across the private and public sectors. Prior to joining Corpra, Dave managed a telecommunications company assisting them develop and implement a planned strategy for growth. Dave’s earlier career was spent with BT where he fulfilled a number of technical and managerial roles. 

 

The expertise
Dave has a wide and varied skill-set that includes process re-engineering, change management and project management. As a consultant delivering flexible working projects, Dave’s responsibility included developing and delivering education and training programmes.Dave has also maintained a knowledge and interest in both IT and telecommunications, particularly focused on their ability to be enablers of change. Dave has qualifications in Telecommunications, Business & Finance. As a passionate advocate of flexible working Dave understands the strategic interplay of the work environment; the employee and technology; and their ability when combined, to deliver a more effective organisation.

 

The personality
Dave has an empathic and affable nature that coupled together with a professional, focused approach enables him to communication at all levels within client organisations.  Away from work, Dave enjoys spending time with his young family where his DIY skills have been employed building a tree-house in the garden of his cottage which he is also renovating. Other interests include feeding the children (gardening and cookery), and getting away from the children (watching rather than participating in various sports).
