Claire is an experienced senior executive with a diverse range of skills, knowledge and experience gained across a variety of industry sectors. Prior to joining Corpra Claire held senior roles in the BBC, Accenture and British Airways; her particular interest lies in growing the capability of individuals and teams in changing organisational environments.

Claire’s core expertise is in the management and development of people and teams; in particular she has significant experience of defining and utilising real estate strategies to drive cultural and organisational change. She has extensive practical experience of implementing cultural change programmes within a variety of industry sectors and cultures. Claire has significant experience of managing diverse and complex stakeholder relationships and delivering specific business results through these relationships.
The personality
Claire is lively, gregarious and perceptive. She is stimulated by challenges and is interested in possibilities beyond the obvious; she is curious about and stimulated by new ideas and insights. Her interests include motor-cycling with her husband, she is a late convert to sailing and with both her children now at university she is keen to travel when and wherever she can.
