THOUGHT LEADERSHIP

Senior staff at Corpra are frequent speakers on the conference circuit and are regularly quoted in the business press.

Corpra’s unrivalled knowledge of the interaction between real estate, business theory and management practice has enabled it to lay claim to a new niche in the consultancy market.  We are the only real estate strategy house to have been accredited by the Management Consultancies Association, the trade organisation of the UK consulting industry.

Corpra leads the field in developing a research base to underscore the contribution real estate can make to competitive advantage.

Corpra have been integral in the publication of several groundbreaking reports.  Working with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (CEO Paul Winter heads the management consultancy faculty at the RICS), in 2003, we helped produce a report arguing surveyors needed to develop greater consulting abilities to equip them for the next 20 years*.

And working with the Advanced Management Consultancy Faculty at Cranfield University, we have been involved in two documents: one highlighting the risks of conflicts of interest in a post-Enron environment**; and the other, developing detailed case studies illustrating the need to intelligently leverage real estate (forthcoming).

Corpra have also been prominent in speaking out on the inflexibility and liability caused by poor real estate strategy decisions.
