BUSINESS NEEDS

The Junction Partnership is one of the primary subsidiaries of Capital & Regional.  It recognised that it needed to re-think its strategy, provide a catalyst to change its organisation and provide a new focus to service the needs of its retail customer base.


CORPRA'S ROLE

Corpra was requested by the Chief Executive to facilitate this process.  A series of Senior Management workshops enabled the organisation to develop a new vision, strategy and change plan. 

Awareness of the perspectives of different “customers”, the concept of the “customer’s customer”, and the envisioning of the need for new capabilities were all key to this

 

OUTPUT

Whilst the majority of the work has been completed, the measurement criteria for success have not yet been evaluated - initial feedback is very positive.
