Client: Management Consultancies Association
PROJECT: WORKPLACE STRATEGY
BUSINESS NEEDS
The MCA needed to consider its property options due to a lease expiry which coincided with the fiftieth anniversary of the founding of the organisation. The MCA was keen to seize the opportunity to relocate to a new office that supported its image. It also needed more space for member events and formal meetings but had a limited budget as a not for profit organisation.
CORPRA'S ROLE
Corpra took the MCA through the 4-D process engaging with staff and members to establish the future needs of the organisation. A property brief was developed and Corpra negotiated and managed the relocation process from start to finish.
OUTCOMES
The MCA is now in a small, modern and accessible office in central London which offers flexible space on an additional floor for member events and larger meetings. The new office provides an open work area for staff and a member touch down area to add to the MCA proposition.
