The experience. Sofia’s first exposure to the Consultancy world was with PricewaterhouseCoopers. As a specialist in Organisational Development, she provided advice to clients in a wide range of sectors, in areas such as Strategy, Organizational Design, Culture and Change Management. After her MBA, Sofia joined the Financial Sales Programme in Bloomberg, where she worked with global clients advising them on how to improve their businesses using new information, tools and techniques.

The expertise. Throughout her professional career, Sofia has shown initiative and creativity in problem solving and a commitment to building consensus in a range of multi-cultural audiences. Sofia’s approach to consulting is both human and business oriented. She values working towards both personal and organisational goals and helping her clients understand how their decisions and the way they act, grow and learn, will directly impact their financial results. She believes in the value of continually aligning the culture to the strategy.

The personality. Sofia has nurtured her academic and professional life by living in five different countries; from her native Costa Rica, to the Amazonian Brazil, to the land of flamenco in Spain. She is passionate about learning new languages (five so far!) and exploring international cooking techniques and flavours. Sofia also loves sharing sunny days with family and friends; whenever England’s weather will let her!
